Forms 347, 184, 111 and 190, 115 and 180 for each community, plus VAT for those that rent out premises or the rooftop: their invoices and forms 303 and 390 checked against the accounts. IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla, and the regional tax authorities (Haciendas Forales). The forms of all your communities in a single batch, certificates for owners and your own fees ready for VERI*FACTU. Every invoice, from your office or from a community, with its chained record and its verification QR code. And each community's electronic notifications with their ten-day deadline, so none is deemed served unopened. Each form comes out as a draft box by box, with the invoices behind each box, and the filing receipt is kept in the archive. Form 347 also comes out as the official file, ready to file at the Tax Agency's e-office. And so does form 190, with the building's caretaker and the professionals. And the quarterly forms 111 and 115, ready to file or to pay by direct debit. And if the caretaker's payslips are done in FacturaGesRRHH, they arrive on their own: the expense, the social security and the withholdings. And form 180, with the cadastral reference of the rented premises.
