What data we collect and why
Name, practice or company, email address, telephone number, the approximate number of communities you manage, the software you use and whatever you write in the message. We use them solely to let you know when early access opens, to reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to send you a commercial proposal for the product.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as they are needed to deal with your request and, after that, for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties, unless required to do so by law.
Artificial intelligence
Irene, the assistant: your questions (typed or voice notes) are sent to Google (Gemini) to obtain the answer and, if you ask for it, to have it read aloud. We do not store the conversations or the audio; we only record usage and, in order to apply the limit of 10 questions a day, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address from which the address itself cannot be worked out. Answers to general questions, containing no personal data, are kept for 30 days so that anyone asking the same thing gets an instant reply. Do not type personal data in the chat.
Irene is an artificial intelligence: her answers are for guidance only, may contain errors and are no substitute for the advice of a property administrator or a lawyer.
Cookies
This website uses only one technical session cookie, which is needed to remember that you have accepted the assistant's notices. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to their processing, restrict it or request their portability by writing to info@fincagestotal.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
