Yes. We import communities, properties, owners, participation shares, direct debit details, outstanding receipts, balances and accounts, and we check that everything reconciles with you before you start working.
Yes. Each community is set up under its own legal regime: the Horizontal Property Act (Ley de Propiedad Horizontal) or the Civil Code of Catalonia, with their respective deadlines, majorities and reserve fund.
There's no need. The residents' portal opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like any other app.
They're yours. You can export each community in full whenever you like, including before you cancel.
